Business plan to generate interest and support from stakeholders and funders for an on-line community regeneration initiative.
Iridescence was commissioned to help pull together a business strategy and funding case for a new online initiative - 'Communities at Heart' - developed by The Beat Project to extend its work in supporting communities, especially those which are disadvantaged or disengaged in some way. The aim of the project was to connect communities with similiar interests and needs and encourage them to share ideas and experiences and strengthen their skills in the process.
